Hallo Auch ich brauche Hilfe
Beim einpassen der RF Platine in ein ALU Gehäuse habe ich das IC LM2949 ( U3 ) in den Durchkontaktierungen und Leiterbahn verletzt. So doll das die dünnen Leiterbahnen beim entfernen vom IC gleich mit hoch gingen.
Um jetzt den Rest nicht aufzurauchen werde ich verdraten und dazu benötige ich von diesen Ecke ein Bild unbestückt damit man die Leiterbahn sehen kann oder ein PCB Bild

I cannot read German, via Google translate, I guess Ulrich have broke PCB trace.
It happened to me too. I use Chinese mcHF enclosure. The screw hole is a horn shape, which will force the TO220 component to the centre of hole when tightened. If there is small misalignment of component, PCB pads can break when I tighten the screw.
It is not difficult to read the schematic and repair PCB. Then I replace horn-spare screws with flat-head screws and enlarge the mounting hole to 3mm to avoid the problem.

with help of this forum, I often change from "g-e-t-l-o-s-t" to "g-e-l-ö-s-t".
what in front of me was feeling of "f-u-n-k", now it is a piece of almost working "f-u-n-k"

Paul, you can avoid that in the chinese case with soldering just one middle leg so that those components are a bit more "flexible". Also to bend the legs a bit into the right position that they match with the mounting holes at the back.
When all that fits you can finally solder all legs.
I guess its obsolete anyway cause Chris did not do anymore version 0.6 RF pcbs. He has announced that in the Yahoo forum to make a final batch but who know if he will ever do that ?!
The I40 UI with the 3.5" display will even not fit into the standard chinese case anyway.
It works with the DL2FW case that was mostly used and discussed here in the forum.

Hallo Ulrich,
wenn du unbedingt ein rf board von M0nka bestücken und nicht auf die rf-boards von Andreas warten möchtest, könnte ich dir gerne ein unbestücktes der rev04 von m0nka zukommen lassen...
ich brauche es nicht mehr, da ich mir die Bestückungsarbeit nicht mehr antun möchte...
zu viele mods, da kann man gleich selbst ein neues entwickeln...
bei Interesse schick mir bitte eine PM, dann können wir weiter sehen...
