FreeDV 700D Support available

Hi,
the latest development release 2.11.37 has now experimental support for FreeDV 700D. It is enabled on F7 and H7 machines only (not on STM32F4 aka mcHF). Default is to run FreeDV 1600. Go to the Debug Menu and switch on FreeDV 700D.
The FreeDV 700D mode is supposed to be similar or better than SSB even under weak conditions. We may need to adjust some internal parameters so reports are very welcome.
