The base board

Hi, The Base board is designed mainly to provide the interconnections of OV I40 UI to other boards - this is only one stackable board in the project - I personally do not like this kind of design because it is hard to debug and expand... Board provides all necessary voltages for UI and provide control of system fan which rotation speed is based on temperature measurement of each heatsink (more about the mechanical aspect in the case thread) - the hotter takes control of the rotation speed. The board also has the connector for the I2S interface because the standard I/O of the OV I40 has not been designed to support external codec. Goal of this connector is to provide main input/output data stream from/to FPGA (how it works I described in the DDC board thread). Nothing more to say, this is the simplest part of the design. The dimensions are axact like the UI. Board is double layer and use mostly 0805 components, some 1206 (by power requirement) and 0603 - the ferrite beads.
