Prinzipiell funktionieren tut er. Aber es kommt auf eine absolut steile Ausgangsflanke an - damit wir exakt 90° Phasenverschiebung haben. Daher reicht eine Spezifikation bis 150MHz eigentlich nicht aus. Wir brächten mindestens 300MHz. Ist die Phase nicht 90° dann bekommen wir mehr unerwünschte Produkte.

Für einen Test ist es ok und bis 20m sollte sogar in Ordnung sein. Darüber machen sich flachere Flanken zunehmend bemerkbar.

spricht etwas gegen die advanced LVC , wenn nicht wie wäre es mit
74ALVC74 gibt es günstig bei Mouser : 771-74ALVC74D
ist verfügbar und macht 300 bis 425 MHz ;D

Es gibt nichts vergleichbares was die Schaltgeschwindigkeit etc. angeht.
Die ALVC sollten ein 100%-iger Ersatz für die Potato Teiler sein.

Da hat Artur gut gehandelt! Das ist mit Abstand der beste Mischer den ich hier aufgebaut hatte. Meine ursprüngliche OVI40-RF mit Mischerkonzept ist auch mit dem bestückt gewesen - ich habe nichts gefunden, was auch nur annähernd an die Daten des Potato herangekommen ist.

Guten Morgen
Hatte den Support am Wochenende mal angeschrieben, die hatten mir versprochen den Shop am vergangenen Montag wieder zu öffnen.
Was geschehen ist.
Habe nachdem ich die Mail von denen bekommen habe, das wieder frei ist.
Meine Sachen auch ohne Probleme bestellt
Sie haben nur mitgeteilt das die Lieferung länger dauern könnte als üblich, wegen Corona

In the mean time got message from Potato Semiconductos saying that they can only ship by US first class mail due to corona at yout own risk. This involves the risk of mail getting lost.

The chips were promptly delivered by US mail as a letter in stead of package service. US mail is considered is considered to be less secure but I never had any problems.
